30 of 52: The Wife Between Us

As I mentioned before, I am little ahead of my reading challenge goal. “The Wife Between Us” is one of the novels I picked up earlier this month. I had read so many of your reviews that it was a must-read for me.

“She is oblivious to what I have done to her. She is unaware of the damage I have wrought; the ruin I have set in motion.”

Obsession. Jealousy. The story appears to be about a woman who is obsessed with a new version of her. She comes off as a jilted ex-wife who will do anything to stop her husband’s upcoming nuptials. But never assume.

Final thoughs: At the beginning, I was so confused. I picked up on things that didn’t make sense. Give it a chance. If you enjoyed “The Last Mrs. Parrish,” this will probably be right up your alley. Enjoy.
